These terms cover use of Zetiq by students and parents in India. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.

What Zetiq is

Zetiq provides adaptive diagnostics, practice, performance reports, and related learning tools. Results are estimates based on test responses and performance data — useful for study planning, not a board exam substitute or official certification.

Accounts and minors

You must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure. Many students on Zetiq are under 18. If you are under 18, you may use Zetiq only with parental or guardian consent.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Share accounts or attempt to access someone else's data.
• Cheat, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service in a way that harms other users or our systems.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, or use Zetiq for anything other than legitimate educational purposes.

Zetiq permits one active session per account. We monitor sign-in activity, and accounts showing sustained use across multiple devices may be suspended without refund.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or put students at risk.

Data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, retention, that we do not sell personal data, and how to request deletion. Those privacy terms form part of your agreement with us.

Payment and refunds

Zetiq is sold as a one-time payment per term (monthly or annual). Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve the product. We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Liability

Zetiq is provided as an educational aid. To the extent allowed under Indian law, we are not liable for exam outcomes, admission decisions, or indirect losses arising from use of the product. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, unless a different venue is required by applicable consumer law.
